Many of you provide a consultation service approximately 30 days prior to the wedding to go over wedding day details. You may also provide a meeting after the wedding to go over print ordering, album selection, etc.
This can be managed by making them a product/service you offer, just like an engagement session or an album. Add this to your "Package Content" under Control Panel, they will be available when you create a contract. Check the checkbox for this meeting and they will then show up under Pre-Wedding (or Post-Wedding) tab depends on how you set it up.
You may also want to configure your wedding packages to include these so it's automatically checked for you when preparing a contract.
