We've released a new feature called Keep in Touch. This allows you to schedule an email to be sent out to your wedding clients at a defined time schedule. For example, you can send an email 3 months prior to wedding day to remind them about payment. You can also schedule another one to be sent two weeks prior to wedding day to remind them about some final details. You can even schedule one the day after the wedding day to thank them for the opportunity.
It's up to you on how you want to use this feature. Once the email templates are created and scheduled, we take care of the mailing. You just sit back and let us "keep in touch" with your clients.
