Contract Template and Accept Payments Update

We have made two updates. The first is "Initials" for Contract Template. You can now use the variable "{Initial}" in your contract template and the system will generate textboxes for wherever you place these variable. Clients are then required to type in their initials before the contract can be signed.

The second update is to separate payment methods in ClientAccess and Gallery Orders. Currently, when you define "By Phone", "By PayPal", etc, these rules apply to both. However, there are cases when you might want to enable PayPal for print orders, but rather accept just check for contract payment. By separating the two area, you now have full control on how you want to accept client payments.
