Weddx members can easily track ALL business expenses. Go to Control Panel, and under Business Expense menu, you will see Equipment, Expense, Expense Category, and Report.
Equipment is indeed part of your business expense. We separate it out because its unique nature. For example, it records additional information than regular expense like Make and Serial Number. Plus, Equipment is used to create your pre-wedding Check List.
When you incur an expense, select either Equipment or Expense, and record your information. When you enter a generate expense, you need to select the correct category for the expense like Software, Insurance, Marketing and Advertising, etc. You can manage these categories under Expense Category.
When tax time comes, go to Report and select the tax year. Weddx will generate your total amount spent per category so you can easily fill out your tax forms.
